The room is furnished with double bed, desk, chair, set of drawers and wardrobe.
The communal areas (kitchen, bathroom & living room) are cleaned regularly.
Prospective renters should be willing to provide a reference, e. g. previous landlord. A telephone number and contact name will be sufficient.
Lastly I'm a live in landlord and I have a cat (Mr Whiskers) he's clean and tidy but please don't apply if that will be an issue.
