Bingham is a great little village with pubs, bars and cafes, shops and excellent transport links (train and bus) only 8 miles to notts city centre (15 mins by train).
Currently just myself in the house, I am friendly and social - 30 yr old professional. I love cooking, drinking wine, reading, being creative, dog walks, going out for food/drinks/occasional night out out!
New housemate must love dogs (I have two very friendly spaniels) and be considerate/tidy.
The cottage has a huge garden - perfect for BBQs in the summer, kitchen/dining room, lounge, beams, old fireplaces (log burner), and two double bedrooms, plus office space. Lounge and kitchen is fully furnished and your room can come with or without furniture dependant on preference :)
Would love my new housemate to make this their home, I would love to share occasional meals, dog walks, wine, trash tv etc!!
