🏥 City Hospital at 7 min by car - 30 min walk. 🚙 Off street [driveway] parking. 👋🏽 A larger than usual and very comfortable double room in a quiet cul-de-sac. Additional wardrobe storage and bedside tables are available. There is a spacious office which can also be used on daily basis. There is a downstairs toilet and the bathroom located on the 1st floor has got all the amenities required for comfortable living - Also, the water pressure at the showerhead is super strong!

The garden is south facing and perfect for BBQ's and summer drinks.

The WIFI provider is virgin media, and very reliable. The washing/dryer and fridge freezer are in perfect condition, the kitchen is bright and has plenty of cupboard space, crockery, etc.

I am a working professional, and I work away a few days a week.

I co-parent a friendly and fully vaccinated dog, a long coat‐small Chihuahua named "Chico", who will be at home a couple of days a week. I love swimming and trail biking with a cheeky pint at the end of the trail!

I love socialising and binge watching the latest Netflix series or movies.

The house is close to a tram stop, and near bus stops which will take you to Nottingham City centre in 30 minutes tops. There are a ton of shops and supermarkets near by.
