I have a large furnished double room with its own private bathroom with bath. Shower above bath is being added in the next week so will also be fitted before you move in. Can also change wallpaper in bedroom if required :)

A 3 bed midtown house on a quiet cul-de-sac with a separate garage for any extra storage needs e. g. bikes etc. Shared kitchen (with gas hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar), living room, conservatory and garden with BBQ.

All bills included (council tax, internet, gas/electric, water, tv license).

Bestwood Village is a quiet area with a good sense of community. Bestwood county park and Mills Lake are just around the corner and great for walks/jogging/cycling etc. Bus stop around the corner and 5 min drive to Moor Bridge Park and Ride Tram stop which takes you to both universities, city centre and QMC. Close to Bulwell and Hucknall for more amenities.

I'm a lecturer and PhD student. I consider myself an open minded person with a good sense of humour. I've recently moved into the house with my dog Milo and looking for someone to share it with us.

Milo is anxious so the main thing I am looking for in a house mate is someone who likes dogs and can be understanding of his anxiety. He does warm up to people quickly when initiated correctly. Ideally I'm also looking for a professional or a PhD student, not an undergraduate student due to my job. Age is flexible, any gender and LGBQTA+ friendly. Pets are considered as long as they're compatible with Milo.
