Double room available just be decorated in semi-detached house, on a quite cul-de-sac.
Off street parking available , M1 5 minutes away, bus stops 2 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Bulwell town centre , bus station, trams and train station. Tesco and Morrisions, banks, shops and outdoor market. City hospital 10 minute drive.
The double room is big and modern with a large comfy bed with 2 double wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets . All bedding/towels included. Bathroom has just been decorated.
The house has a large kitchen/diner + a utility room. I also offer a washing and ironing service at £10 per load .
Ideally I would want a professional but a responsible student is welcome.
Please make sure you are a tidy person and won't have problem cleaning up after yourself.
