King-size bed to rent in detached 3 bedroom house

Ground floor bedroom with king-sized bed. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, downstairs WC, dining room and living room with access to front and rear gardens, including a rear patio area.

We don’t allow smoking anywhere indoors. However, lodgers are permitted to use e-cigarettes/vapes in their room, especially in inclement weather.

Our current lodger has exchanged contracts on a property and is expecting to move out in mid December. We expect the room to be available in early January.

Please note this will be a short term lodging as we will be moving to a smaller property with fewer bedrooms in the New Year, so you will need to move to different accommodation just before we move out.
We have dogs, so it’s essential that our next lodger is comfortable with dogs, especially the more cuddly ones! Please feel free to contact me if interested so we have plenty of time for viewings, references, etc.
