Hello and thanks for looking at my ad. I live in a spacious Victorian 3 storey terrace which I've fully renovated. I'm based in Carrington which is a lazy 10 minute walk into the heart of Sherwood and 5 minute bus into the centre of town (stop is <100m away!). We have a Lidl and Tesco nearby with an ACE local around the corner too (proper pub pub with lush beer garden).

You'd have 2 rooms to yourself on the top floor, with shared bathroom, kitchen and garden. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobes, sofa, desk and chairs and coffee table.

I do have two cats who do nothing but follow me around - they're very tame and adorable (I'm biased though!).

Looking for a respectful, likeminded individual who's equally happy hanging out as much as valuing their own space. Must be cat tolerant!
