There is 1 double room available in my modern semi-detached house in Clifton.
5 minutes from a tram stop and 3 minutes to a bus stop. 25 minutes to the Lace Market (in Nottingham City Centre) by Tram.

I am a friendly, disabled individual who is self-employed part-time and am looking for working professions, mature students, or postgraduate students to join me. People of all genders and abilities are welcome.

Large living and dining area, with TV and log burning stove. Bookshelves on which personal belongings can be stored/displayed.

Reasonable kitchen with double oven and a breakfast bar. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery, and crockery are all included and available for use by all occupants. Dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer.

Conservatory with seating, and sometimes holds the dining table, which is a great suncatcher

Large garden with tables and chairs on the decking. There is also a shed with storage for bicycles if needed.

This Double Bedroom has a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelving for clothes and other belongings.

Bathroom with a storage drawer and cupboard shelf per occupant. Shaver's plug. Downstairs toilet with a built-in sink.

Off-road parking available, but needs to be shared by all occupants

Pets are considered, I love animals but don't currently have the capacity to look after one myself. Smaller animals are more likely to be accepted than larger ones

Fast, 100MB wifi included

All bills included (council tax, water, electricity, gas, etc) although I don't have a TV license as I don't personally need one.
