2 dbl rooms in very tidy house with lovely couple

We have two double bedrooms available in a large, newly decorated, quiet house in Clifton Nottingham, directly opposite Nottingham trent University Clifton Campus. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large kitchen (with fridge, washing machine and lots of cupboard space), large living room, garden, full family bathroom and spare downstairs toilet.

It is a quiet cul de sac and there is parking available on street with a permit which we can provide if you needed one. The house is nicely furnished, quiet and is very well connected. we share the front bedroom and the other two bedrooms are currently empty but furnished with a desk, wardrobe, double bed and drawers. There is a little garden in the house with a large washing line to dry clothes and grass to sit out on in the summer which we enjoy.

We are a young working couple (27/28yo) who are looking for two friendly lodgers to share the costs of running our house. We appreciate keeping the house tidy and clean and are used to sharing our space. We work a lot and tend to be at home in the evenings watching tv series in the living room. We like travelling, walking (we are located 10 mins away from clifton grove which is a relaxing place to walk to), gardening and binge watching tv series/films.

Our home would suit someone looking for a quiet, clean and safe home to relax in after a busy day at work/university. We want someone who can appreciate keeping a tidy home and enjoys the odd group movie night/occasional chat.

Very fast and easy access into city centre on bus (5 minute walk to bus stop (15-20mins to city centre) or 10 minute walk to tram stop (7mins to city centre). Very easy to commute to Qmc as the free sutton bonington hopper bus comes past which you can easy catch.

Includes all bills (council tax, super fast broadband, gas, water, electricity)
