Big park just at the doorstep if you fancy a walk in a very quiet and safe area.

Ideally we are looking for a working professional or couple who is clean and sensible.
We would consider students as well if is not a noisy one :) and if have meanings to pay the rent.

Price is £500/month for single person or £540/month for a couple.
References from previous landlord and workplace will be asked.
