New Build property, Hollygate Park, Cotgrave

Hello,

My house is a new build property in Cotgrave at the new Hollygate Park estate. I rent out two of my double bedrooms.

I've had five happy lodgers here over the last two years, with the majority of my lodgers staying for between six and 12 months, and all of them leaving as friends, when it was time to move on.

I try to keep and maintain a social household. I don't want to live with, or for you to feel like you are living with strangers. It is very important to find a point of common interest between the members of the household. Where we can share conversation, a game or visit to the pub together - or perhaps something new which is added to the household by your arrival?

A little about the household:
The downstairs is communal, with sitting area, kitchen and dining are and the all important board game table.
The upstairs is four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms are double bedrooms and used as such, and the single bedroom is used as my office. The main bathroom of the property is shared between both lodgers.
Outside there is off-street parking and available space for storage in the garage. There is also a rear garden, which is fairly sizeable.

A little about the area:
Cotgrave is 15 minutes outside of South Nottingham, perfect for anyone who wants to live just outside the city, but within reach of it. It's semi-rural living, Cotgrave itself has a few pubs and a supermarket and such and has good road links to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester being just off the A46 and A52.

The estate is surrounded by a country park, perfect for a walk or cycle, the entrance to this park is just a few meters away.
