Furnished room clean house Eastwood

I have a spare room in my 3 bed semi detached property. The room is furnished with wardrobes and bed and desk. I am looking for a housemate as it helps with bills

There is a cleaner she comes every two weeks and does all the communal areas .

I work 40-60 hours a week you don't have to just sit upstairs in your room it's a shared house in my mind so I am never there .

There is another guy living in the other spareroom called Richard he's 52 I think and hes been my lodger for just under a year he's really pleasant and I hardly know he's here sometimes.

I am Constantly upgrading the house and garden the pictures dont do it justice
