Double bedroom situated within a 3 bed semi-detached house in Edwinstowe. Off street parking. Use of the entire house is welcome. Kitchen fully fitted along with living room furniture and dining table. I do have a dog who is very soft natured. I work from home one or two days per week and the rest of the week work long hours travelling. Ideally would like someone who is clean and tidy around the house. How you keep your room would be up to you.
The reasons I'd prefer a female lodger are because I have a young son who stays with me a couple nights a week who can sometimes be cautious around men. Along with my dog being protective over my son with males I wouldn't want to put someone in an uncomfortable living situation.
