Seeking a new housemate to share my spacious 4-bedroom, 3-story house between Mapperley & Gedling, just 4 miles from the city. Rent is £700 per month, inclusive of all bills. Enjoy a calm environment with great bus connections and nearby green spaces.

Looking for a considerate individual, who values a clean and friendly home. Must be a dog lover, as my companion Ted is part of the household.

Unlike other house shares, the house is my home, which I only share with one lodger at a time. It can feel too big for me and Ted. The lodgers who come and go are always great, and find I sharing the space a really positive experience. I’m easy going with the right person- preferring some peace and quiet during the evenings, and mutual understanding of tidying/cleaning up after ourselves. I tend to do the bulk of the additional cleaning, and buy items such as cleaning products and toilet roll.
