"Your" room looks over the front garden and has a double bed with under-bed storage, two double wardrobes and a dressing table.

Large lounge and dining room with patio doors opening out onto the back garden. I'm a self confessed foodie, so its the kitchen is well equipped.
Great access into Nottingham from two regular bus services (44 & 45). It's 5 mins to Mapperley Top, Carlton, Arnold and only 7 mins to the ring road. The Country Park is accessible from your doorstep in under ten mins walk!
I am friendly, easy-going and sociable. I've successfully had full time lodgers for the last three years. I am now looking for a Monday-Friday let (with some flexibility about weekends).
