4 rooms available in a 4-bed house. Will consider letting the whole house or just individual rooms. Would prefer only short lets (2 nights minimum welcome), weekly or 6 months maximum.

The house is fully furnished - bed, desk, chair, lamp, TV, kettle, wardrobe and plenty of storage space available in each room.

Shared kitchen and bathroom and lounge.

The kitchen is new - large fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, breakfast bar and stools (eating area), pots, pans, cutlery (knives, forks, pots, pans, plates) - all provided.

The bathroom is new - power shower and toilet.

The lounge - has a TV and large comfy chairs and lots of DVDs to watch.

New carpets, blinds, painting throughout. Just undergone extensive refurbishment.

Off-street parking can fit 4 cars. Large garden space. Shed. Garage.

Would suit either a group of 4 people who want to share together on a short or long-term basis.

Or, mature students, or professionals or contractors in Nottingham for a short time - very close to Highbury Hospital.

Short walk from Highbury Vale tram stop.

ALL bills - wifi, council tax, gas, electric, water etc., ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
