Double room available in recently renovated, double glazed, centrally heated detached house in Highbury Vale. You will share a bathroom with a quiet, female lodger. A garage is available for bikes and motorbikes but is probably too small for a car. I am a 43 year non smoking live-in landlord. No DSS.
The house is on a very quiet road less than 10 minutes walk from Top Valley Tescos but there are small shops even closer. There is a small town center 15 minutes walk away with banks, pubs etc. Buses into the city leave every ten minutes in the day and half hour evenings and Sundays. The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. The tram is also within walking distance. The M1 is within 10 minutes drive.
