There would be ample food storage space in the kitchen. The local supermarket is less than 10 mins walk away plus the high street which has lots of local amenities is within easy walking distance. There is a choice of tram, bus or rail for transport (all within short walking distance) providing easy access to Nottingham city centre and Mansfield. The living room is a comfortable size with Sky Plus TV facilities and a land line available plus wireless broadband. In addition there is a washing machine. You can expect a homely atmosphere. Your flatmate is easy going, home-loving and friendly. Looking for a flat mate who is easy going and relaxed. Expectation that the room would be kept clean and tidy.
