ROOM NOW TAKEN

After our last tenant of 1 years has left; our spare double room has become available.

Double room for rent in a beautiful 5 year old house will be available in the summer for mid-long term rent. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & good size on suite. The house is kept at a very high standard of cleanliness and the occupants (a couple) are both professional full time early morning workers. A furnished comfortable garden and large kitchen (incl washing machine and dishwasher) is also included to share with the occupants. Their is parking space out front for a car but we are also a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus service.

Professionals preferred but students will be considered under interview, house rules will be enforced but we will happily discuss, consider and amend during interview for the right person.

We are a very easy going couple, we just ask that any than any tenants respect the home as if it was their own. We also have 2
small wireless doorbells also known as Lou and Daisy living at the property that free range the downstairs area. So dog lover is a must.

We have hosted 2 long term tenants over the last 4 years and we have spent time ourselfs living in hostels and backpackers so are very easy going and easy to live with.
