We have a spare double bedroom and are looking for a lodger. Our house is a spacious Victorian property on the edge of Lenton facing the entrance of the Park Estate. Walking distance from Nottingham City Centre, Nottingham Trent University, University Of Nottingham & The Queens Medical Centre Hospital. The local area has wonderful parks, shops, doctors, dentist and opticians all in walking distance. There are also great transport links with the bus services at the top of the street on Derby Road and at the bottom of the road on Ilkeston Road.

Both students and non students welcome short or long term.

The lodger room and the whole house has been freshly decorated and is furnished with brand new ikea furniture.

The living room has a smart tv, Netflix, Xbox One, a retro games console with all the old Sega & Nintendo video games, massage chair & foot spa. There is also a stereo in the room with Bluetooth connection so you can play music of your devices.

The kitchen / dinning room area has a large dinning table that turns in to a pool table or a table tennis table. There is also a Bluetooth music system in the room as well.

The garden has a Hot Tub, gas BBQ, corner sofa & table and sun loungers.
