It is a spacious detached house with a lovely garden within 5-10 minute walk from the University of Nottingham & The Queens Medical Centre Hospital. A 5 min walk to the tram stop and 8 mins into the city centre on the tram (or a 30 mins walk).
The house is newly refurbished, has a downstairs toilet in addition to the upstairs bathroom, one space for parking on the drive.
This is a quiet residential street. It would be nice to have someone who is clean and tidy as well as an honest, easy-going person. I would consider postgrad students.
