I am looking for a replacement tenant swiftly for my ensuite room at St Peter’s Court, Phase 1, Nottingham. St Peter’s Court is central and ideally located, being next to Lidl, Dominos, Greggs, Subway, chicken shop and a bubble tea shop within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Additionally it has JD gym and asian superstores right opposite. Also within 10 minutes walking distance, we have B&M, Aldi, the Range and The Gym Group and an abundance of food places. It is within 10 minute walking distance from Jubilee Campus and is close to all other campuses, with a free St Peter’s Court bus service right outside St Peter’s Court that takes you to all the university campuses which are: Jubilee Campus, Queen’s Medical Centre and University Park. St Peter’s Court itself has a common room, a study space, laundry, printing vending machines and a free gym. The room itself is modern, with a black and grey aesthetic. The room size is comfortable and the desk is very large. There is plenty of storage too, including under the bed. The kitchen has two couches, an island with chairs, two fridges, oven, hobs, sink (also toaster, kettle, microwave) and plenty of cupboards! Just ask the flatmates, they are the sweetest and will help allocate you space in the fridge and cupboards. The flatmates are sociable and respectful!

A bonus for you with this room is that I have already fitted LED’s for which I will give you the app for you to connect to. Also I have put in my own brand new modern black curtains, doormat, fitted a new mirror, and coat hangers so you will not have to worry about all this when you get the room as other rooms don’t come with this.

You must be a student in order to be a tenant at St Peter’s Court. The tenancy can begin now and is until 25th July 2025. There is no security deposit or extra costs besides the £169 p/w which includes all bills (WiFi, electric, water etc.)
