Hello and welcome to my advertisement! My name is Adham, and I'm seeking a tenant to occupy the double bedroom in my home located in Lenton, Nottingham.

Currently, I'm away for work until the September, (could be longer) hence the need for a lodger.
The available room boasts a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and a fully equipped workstation complete with monitors and a chair, ideal for those who work remotely. (cannot take it with me sadly)

You'll have access to our spacious kitchen and cozy front room, where you're welcome to make use of all kitchen utensils provided. Additionally, laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.

For those with vehicles, permit parking is available on-site.

You'll be sharing the house with my current lodger, Declan, who has been part of the household for approximately three years. He's an easy-going individual who works at the hospital and will undoubtedly make an excellent housemate during my absence.

I'm seeking a sociable, friendly, and easy-going tenant who is looking for accommodation for a period of six months ideally (but could it potentially shorter or longer). It would be wonderful to find someone who enjoys sharing a cup of tea or coffee with Declan (or myself when I'm back visiting).

The rent is exclusive of bills. (But I can do it with all bills for £650 if that's easier )

Please note that although I'm away for work, I may return intermittently. For the most part, however, it will primarily be you and Declan in the house.
