Sunny furnished double room in Big Barn Lane area

Hello!

I am looking to rent out my spare room in a 2 bed house off Big Barn Lane, Mansfield. I am looking for a female tenant. I also live in the properly.

The room is a large double at the front of the house for one or two females. As you will see from the pictures the room is currently a twin but this can be swapped out for a double bed easily enough if necessary. The room is also furnished with a chest of draws, desk, shoe rack, clothes rail and bedside locker.

Parking is not a problem here as a lot of houses have driveways so on street parking is easy to access outside the house. The house is about a 5 minute walk from bus routes, less than 5 minute walk from amenities (chippy/corner shop) and 2 mins from the Racecourse park which has a large green area as well as many paths (perfect for running), tennis and basketball courts and a pub!

The house has 2 reception rooms, a porch, kitchen and a bathroom as well as front and back gardens. The front door is also a brand new composite door, very secure. All bills included. There is no smoking in the house but you would be welcome to smoke in the garden as long as it was kept tidy.
