The room is big enough for a double bed and has one in ready (a stacker that can be setup as either a single (creating more space) or fixed as a double) The flat is walking distance to local amenities. (Co-op is 2 mins walk) Off-street parking is available.
It’s a quiet area and building. Not looking for a party person - it’s a chilled flat and no problem with people coming over - it’ll be a shared flat after all and you have an equal say in how we do things.
