Hi,
My name is Jen I rent a 2 bed town house on the popular Dales estate in Long Eaton (quiet suburbs). 15 minute walk from the train station, bus link and small shop 5 minute walk away. Also close to M1. Shops close by and West Park leisure centre.
I am looking for somebody to house share/buddy up with me whilst I finish saving for a house. I would need to inform the agent of you living here, no problem to you just for their records.
I do have a small dog, so a dog friendly person is needed, she is very friendly. The room is pictured with a small double bed and a bedside cabinet. Definitely recommend a viewing as the room is bigger than it looks, the bed is a small double!

House has central heating, clean and tidy. Also has a patio area with table and chairs. House fully kitted out so you can use all kitchen utensils, washing machine etc.
A little about me- I am a full time dental Practice Manager which is stressful some days so I like a quiet house. I enjoy walking/hiking, baking/cooking, Netflix, days out and relaxing nights in.
