Short term lets in a quiet, friendly house

I'd like to share with a friendly, relaxed female non smoker.

The house is centrally heated, fully furnished, with Wifi throughout. The rent includes all the bills.

It is very much a home, not just a block of rented rooms. We have a good sized kitchen, large bathroom, a small garden with a BBQ and the room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and room for a desk if you need one.

The house is 100 yards from North Gate station and a few minutes from the town centre on foot, so very convenient for everything.

We're looking for someone who will enjoy living with animals as we both have dogs. I would consider taking someone with a pet if they are clean and get on with our existing pets (so no cats or rodents).

I have one room available now and another becoming free from the 4th October. Both rooms have double beds but no couples please.
