Fantastic room available in shared house with live-in landlord.

The room is a mid-sized double in a lovely mid-terraced house with a shared living room (with wood burner) and dining area! As with many properties in this area, there's also a 'yarden' (an amalgamation of yard and garden), with table and chairs! The room comes with a bed and desk.

The property is excellently located, just off Gregory Boulevard and within walking distance of Asda, Lidl, Sainsburys, the local leisure centre, and not to mention the The Forest tram stop.

I'm looking for a professional or post-graduate student from June onwards.

The rent is £365 all inclusive.

I'm a PhD student but I will be submitting my thesis shortly.

I tend not to stay up late during the week and like to attend regular yoga classes. Therefore, my place would be great for somebody looking for a quiet and relaxed environment. I'm definitely not a party animal!

Although I take care of house cleaning, I'd be looking for somebody who's able to do their own cleaning (including washing up).

This is a short-term let only, since I'm finishing my PhD, I may well decide the rent the whole house out at the end of the summer, but I can guarantee a three-month period.
