I am a sociable professional looking to rent out a double bedroom with a double bed.
I can't sort the description, but I am the sole occupant. 4 bedroomed house (4th small room has a desk which you are welcome to work at). Chest of drawers, shelves and TV point in room. Wardrobe space available in the computer room.
Quiet location in Wollaton. Short distance to both universities and located between the 2 hospitals. 20 minutes in the car to the motorway or to Nottingham city. 15 minute walk to Wollaton Park. 10 minute walk for buses into town (every 10 minutes).
Shared bathroom plus additional downstairs toilet. Towels and bedding included. Lounge with television. Large breakfast kitchen-with a further lounge area and TV. Separate utility room.
Garden and patio area with seating.
I am friendly and sociable, but out of the house much
of the time at work, the gym or with friends. You will be made to feel welcome as are all visitors and have use of all amenities.
Several supermarkets are close by and there are 3 pubs within walking distance. Several gyms are accessible to those who are able to drive or cycle there.
Weekend stays acceptable upon discussion.
