Double Room in City Centre for 3 weeks

Double Bedroom in NG1 area available for end of August to mid-September (August 23-September 15th)
The room comes furnished (double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables). There is a shared bathroom, shared living room and shared kitchen, all furnished and clean.

I'm looking for a (preferably female) flatmate, who is tidy and considerate, doesn't smoke and doesn't party all the time.

About me: female, 28 years old, originally from Austria, but have lived in the UK for a while. I study psychology at Nottingham Trent Uni. I'm very sociable, but also appreciate some time to myself and quiet nights in, as I work full-time during the summer.
I'm very tidy and clean a lot, but also don't mind if you leave the dishes out for a day or two.
I also have a small dog (chihuahua, 3 years, super friendly and adorable, well-trained and stays in my room when I'm out of the house, so she wouldn't be a nuisance to you). Other small dogs/pets considered, except cats, as I'm unfortunately allergic to them.

Rent includes all bills, except council tax and TV.
