We have 1 LARGE double room!! It has just become available in a high spec, professional house share! - 303 Woodborough Road, Nottingham.

Location and Transport:

The house is located on Woodborough Road in Nottingham which is a FANTASTIC location and EXTREMELY CLOSE to the City Centre. There is a bus stop just outside the property that runs every 7 minutes and the bus will take you into the City Centre within 5 minutes, or you could easily walk to Victoria Centre within about 10 minutes.

The property is in a quiet and pleasant place with beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of green spaces and local shops nearby. Nottingham City being so close has what every big city has to offer, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, companies and businesses, hospitals, the list goes on.

The House and Room:

The House has a large communal kitchen/dining/living area which contains all mod cons including 2 fridge freezers, microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine etc. Also a table and chairs with a lounge area with flatscreen TV and plenty of space for everyone. Freeview HD is available in the communal area as well as the FASTEST BROADBAND there is!

There is a drive for 1 car and plenty of parking on the street behind the property with no restrictions.
There is also an outside terrace area to sit outside in the summer months.

The rooms are GREAT LARGE DOUBLES that come FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed, orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and a free-view tv point. We also include soft furnishings which includes a personal set of towels, duvet & pillows with duvet cover, a bedside lamp, curtains, mirror and cushions.
There are 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a shower and seperate bath. There is also one other seperate toilet.

Rate:

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a CLEANER that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!!

Housemates:

This is a professional house share so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded house mates.
