About the House:
I have a 4-bedroom Semi-detached Town House and looking at renting out two rooms and a bathroom which will be your private bathroom (as the property has another two bathrooms + a toilet). The overall rent for the 2 rooms plus bath is £600pcm all inc.
Both rooms available for rent have space saving furniture in them.
Room 1 has been setup as a bedroom and has a projector for watching TV. The bed can be setup as a single or expanded to a king size bed.
Room 2 has been setup up as a Home Office / Walk in wardrobe. The work desk is a drop leaf table.

The tenant will have access to shared living space on the first floor - which includes Living room, Kitchen, Balcony, Toilet. Back Garden is accessible via a side gate.

The rent is £600 pcm (inclusive of bills - Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Fibre Broadband, TV License). TV is freeview or over the internet.

The shared area of the house is professionally cleaned every two weeks.

About us:
I'm an Automation Engineer and work from home most of the time. My wife's a UX consultant. Hiking / Rock climbing / Baking / Photography are some of our hobbies.

About the Area:
The area is nice and well connected. I used to rent in the house next door since 2011 and then bought this one. Tesco - Top Valley is close by. Bulwell Town centre has a range for shops.
Aldi will open next door early 2020.

Transportation:
If you drive - M1 J26 and J27 are both around 15 - 20 mins in light traffic. Nottingham City Centre (Trinity Square) is also around 15 mins drive.

If you use the Bus:
3A, 3B, 3C, 16, 16C, 17, 141, N89 are all available within 0.1 - 0.3 miles from the house.

If you use Tram / National Rail:
Bulwell is the nearest station - 5 Mins by car, 17 mins by Bus no. 17 or a 25 mins walk to station.
