Hello, thank you for taking the time to view this advert.

I am currently a long term tenant looking for 2 new house mates on behalf of my lovely landlord.

There are 2 rooms available.

Room 1 (£70 p/w) consists of a double bed which can be pushed up to create more space, a cupboard for storage, chest of draws and a bookshelf. It is the smaller of the 2 rooms (hence the price).

Room 2 (£80 p/w) consists of a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws with a lot of space for extra furnishing.

Shared areas are;
-Living room which has a large corner sofa, swivel chair and a tv.
-Bathroom which has a bath, a overhead shower, toilet and sink.
-Kitchen which has all kitchen appliances and washing machine that you are welcome to use.

There are 2 cats and a dog currently residing here. They have access to the whole property (excluding the bedrooms) so having a love (or tolerance) for animals is a must. I would be extremely grateful if you could help out with the dog by letting her in the garden if I am not in due to being at University.

Students and professionals are welcome.

The tenancy is only short term so you are welcome to stay for a short length of time but a maximum of 8 months (until Aug 2020).

There is NO DEPOSIT!
