Nice room, great flat, quiet area, very central

Hello prospective lodgers!

My current lodger will be leaving soon to move abroad after around two years of living here, leaving you all with the chance to move into a nice room in a great flat in a quiet area in a very central and very desirable location in Nottingham city.

I myself work outside of the city and commute each day, so the flat was originally picked and has been furnished to be a relaxing and lovely place to be in after work, but then you can walk to the Market square in 5 minutes when you want to enjoy the city.

I have lived here for less than three years and since then have changed every single piece of furniture, all of the curtains, all of the artwork, both of the extractor fans and replaced all the lights with LED bulbs so everything works and hopefully looks good too.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so a lodger is pretty easy to accommodate, the room for rent is adjacent to the main bathroom which is well sized and well appointed but very rarely otherwise used. There is no parking space available for the room.

As far as I'm concerned living here can offer the best of both worlds in terms of city living here in Nottingham and if you're a respectful and professional sort of a person who is looking to live somewhere beautiful in the city then I suspect this place is perfect for you.
