The house is in a fantastic location. There is a bus stop couple of minutes from the house. Frequent bus service to town (45, 46 and 47). It takes about 15 minutes to walk to town. Aldi is closeby and there is convenient shop just two minutes from the house. The city centre University campus is also within walking distance from the house.
The size of the double bedroom is decent and its £360 per month (all bills included). The room is available now. There is a security deposit of £300 (paid upfront) which will be returned to the tenant on the day they leave.
