I am looking to rent out my spare room, initially as a short term let mon-fri, although longer or full time lets would be considered for the right person.
The room has a single bed, which can be pulled out to make a double bed if you'd prefer. It has under bed draws and a chest of draws.
The house has a small kitchen, communal living room, a shared bathroom and WiFi. Bills are included in the rent, and bed linen can be provided if needed. Located close to the business park and M1, there are good commuter links. There is a bus from the estate directly into Nottingham City Centre.
The house is newly built and lovely inside, so I am looking for someone who will treat the house as a home rather than a house share. It would ideally suit a professional looking for somewhere to stay short term, a commuter or a mature student / placement student.
I do have a small elderly dog, but she has lived with housemates before in my previous house without an issue, and although nervous at first is extremely well behaved, doesn't go upstairs or on the furniture.
