Cosy rooms are now available in a private detached house conveniently located on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac place close to the University of Nottingham, the UoN Jubilee Campus, QMC, Boots, Siemens etc. Bus stops are minutes away. Great transport links to the city centre, 10 mins walk to the university, 2 mins walk to Lidl supermarket, Costa Coffee and several other shops.

Looking for someone who are clean students or working professionals to share with others. (I am a live out landlord, rarely here so you guys could have more personal space.)

All the rooms are newly decorated and furnished.

This is a spacious house with private garden (good for sunshine and BBQ) and space for two parking spaces on the drive. We also have storage for your bikes.

Large living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. In the kitchen you can find washing machine, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is a bathroom upstairs and a brand new shower room downstairs. Very convenient for 4 people. (if you live downstairs you will probably have your private shower room most of the time)

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout the property. All bills are included (Gas, water, electricity, fibre broadband, council tax etc.)
