Summer rental house in the Park

Hi,

we are looking for someone to rent/share our house while we are gone for the summer. It's located in the lovely Park estate and available mid-May to mid-September. It's a 3-bed house with big living room and garden/garage, two of the rooms are up for rent. Each room has a private bathroom, one is an ensuite and the other bathroom is the family bathroom on the same floor. Bi-weekly cleaner for kitchen and both bathrooms is included, as are all bills.

The photos are of the big room with en-suite, I will upload photos of the smaller room with the big bathroom soon.

Couples welcome, although we will charge £50 extra for a second person. If you want both rooms then please message me.

We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a big TV in the living room (there is no TV license).

The maximum rental period is until mid-September, it cannot be extended beyond that date unfortunately. Let us know your preferences for a short-term let.

Both city centre and supermarkets (Lidl and Sainsbury's) are around 15-min walking distance, and there is a Tesco closeby. If you have a car then we will help you to apply for the free Park parking permit, to park directly in front of the house.

Room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe/drawers and a desk. It is incl. all bills and VirginMedia internet.

Can do virtual or in-person viewings.
