Double room available in a shared apartment with myself.

The apartment has plenty of character with exposed brickwork and nice wooden flooring. The available room has an exposed wooden beam running along one of the walls.

All bills are included and there is nearby on-street parking available.

The bedroom has some nice pine furniture - a double bed, two bedside drawers and a large triple wardrobe. There is also a small desk and chair.

The bathroom is shared with myself and has a bath/shower. The shower unit is mains fed so plenty of pressure.

The leisure centre is a 2 minute walk alongside Sneinton Market and the city centre is a 5 minute walk. You can comfortably walk to the train station in 20 minutes.

I'm a pretty laid back person. About to go back to university to start a PhD so will generally be out during the day. I often swim in the mornings with the odd evening at the gym.

I'm looking for someone similar to myself, I'm up for the odd pub outing or anything social really but my clubbing/loud house party days are over!

Would prefer working professionals but am willing to consider postgrad/mature students.

No smokers, couples or pets sorry. Plants welcomed. Sadly there is no disabled access.
