Roommate needed for double room in apartment complex next to Nottingham train station (The Hicking Building). Rent is £397 each, council tax is £85 each, and I'm happy to split it so you will pay £500 in total after utilities and bills. It won't be an even 50/50 split as I will be paying a little bit more, but it'll be more than enough to help me save up and I understand the average budget of people looking for somewhere to stay. This is a fantastic price/deal for anyone looking to live in the city centre. Apartment is very nice and comfortable with spacious furnished living room area. Internet is also phemonenal, as I work from home and require a good speed.

I am a tidy and considerate roommate that enjoys living in this apartment and would hate to lose it. For this reason, I'm willing to meet anyone's needs if they are interested. The apartment will be a peaceful environment as I'm not a partygoer whatsoever and won't be getting rowdy or bringing people over. These days I spend most of my time working on my laptop or reading.
