There is ample on street car parking and access to the garage for bike storage. All bills are included including council tax (band D), broadband (27Mbps), TV licence and Netflix. House cleaning is provided once a fortnight by a professional cleaner and EV charging can be provided subject to an additional charge.

This is a fairly quiet house and area so while having guests is fine no loud parties please!
