Cosy rooms are now available in a private detached house conveniently located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac place close to the University of Nottingham, the UoN Jubilee Campus, QMC, Boots etc. Bus stops are minutes away with great transport links to the city centre; 10 mins walk to the university; 2 mins walk to Lidl supermarket, Costa Coffee and several other local shops.

Looking for someone who are clean students or working professionals to share with others. All rooms are newly decorated and furnished.

This is a spacious house with private garden (good for sunshine and BBQ) and space for two parking spaces on the drive. We also have storage for your bikes.

Large living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there are washing machine, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle. There is a bathroom and two separate toilets so it's very convenient for 4 people.

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout the property. All bills are included (Gas, water, electricity, fibre broadband, council tax etc.)
