Single Bed, En-Suite Room Available for 22/23
I am Looking for someone to takeover my spacious, en-suite room for the 2022/2023 academic year. The contract is valid from the 3rd of September 2022 to the 19th of August 2023.
Located right in the heart of Nottingham City Center, it is the ideal location for students attending either university, with a 5-10 minute walk to Nottingham Trent and a short tram ride to the University of Nottingham.
It is part of Dwell's Archer House, which is located on Castle Gate road in the City Center. The room has everything you'll need to make it a good stay, with you're own private bathroom, a large wardrobe, desk and a cozy bed.
The room is one of six in the particular flat/apartment, in which there will also be access to a shared kitchen which has all the equipment you'll need and the lounge where you can socialize with flatmates, friends or family. At only £161 a week, with bills included, this is the perfect place for anyone who wants to relax and socialize after a long day of learning and studying.
Tax Band (D) (Included in Bills).
For more details, go to the official website (Dwell's student living accommodation website, I can't post the URL here so search on google) for more details and a more in-depth look at the room in question.
If you are interested in the room for the 22/23 year, the application would need to be done on Dwell's official website, making it a quick and secure process. Message me for all the specific details you'll need if you're interested.
