Spacious double room in a flat shared with one other tenant (me), with a frankly ridiculous rooftop terrace space, medium sized and very bright living room / kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows / doors.
Located on the top floor of The Ropewalk flats, on the edge of The Park and very close to Maid Marian Way.

My current housemate and I have lived here for a very happy year and a half, but now the era must end as he's moving in with his girlfriend.

I'm a 27 year old professional, ideally looking for another professional of a similar age, or an older student. I like to be sociable, and would always be happy to meet up if you'd like to get to know me and see the flat.
