Double Room with exclusive lounge and bathroom

The house

We offer the entire 2nd floor of a large Victorian family home, fully furnished. There is a double room (12ft X 11ft) used as a bedroom. The other room on the floor is your lounge, with settee, study desk, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, Freeview TV and Wi-Fi. There is also exclusive use of a modern bathroom (but it is not en suite.) on the same floor. Share a modern kitchen, with access to washing machine. Enjoy the garden if the weather is good enough, but you'll have to park your car on the street.

The leafy suburb of Mapperley Park is on a frequent bus service and only 10 minutes from Nottingham city centre, or a 20 minute walk. City hospital is also on a frequent bus route.

We are a professional couple who share our home with an affectionate cat. The room(s) would suit a professional person who works office hours, and is looking for somewhere comfortable, quiet and private.

The rent is monthly, but we would consider a weekday only lodger. Couples also welcome, at an extra £100 pcm. We are also flexible in other areas, with meals, laundry and cleaning by negotiation.
