Great house near QMC City Centre NTU

This good sized double room is available from 21st September.. It’s a really lovely house. We are reliable and caring “live-out” landlords. You’d be welcome to have a no-obligation look around. Our rooms usually get taken by the first person to view because it’s genuinely a good house with great tenants.

Here are the details for our available double room. Please have a read and see if it’s what you’re looking for. This room is fully furnished. It has double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and handy, easily accessible attic space for suitcases etc…, mirror, bedside stand with lamp.. It is situated on the second floor.
Price includes WiFi, council tax and water. Electricity and gas is charged as follows: each tenant pays 12.5 percent of the whole amount used each month. We pay 50% of the monthly bill.

Shared areas are cleaned every two weeks.

Close to city centre (25min walk), Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham Trent Uni, 100m to the bus stop, 600m to the tram stop. 150m Tesco Express and cash machine. Free parking at front and back of the property.

The people sharing this house are great tenants: 3 females, considerate and pleasant. Looking for a quiet, like minded person to share this lovely home. Professionals, Masters and PhD students are welcome to apply. For reasons of faith this is an all female house.

Recently re-fenced back yard with table and chairs and a clothes drying line.
