I am a professional working in Nottingham and I bought my own place last year- my current lodger has just given notice to vacate within a month. It's a lovely big 2 bed apartment in Mapperley within walking distance of the shops/bars on Mapperley Plains. I am looking to rent out the spare room which is a large double with en-suite and built in wardrobes. Happy to also provide a bed/ drawers etc if needed!
Ideally looking for a female, professional only of a similar age. I work office hours and enjoy the gym/socialising/meals and nights out.
