En-Suite room available in Nottingham center

This is for takeover on the 2017-18 year 16th September to 18th August
I have a room in Glasshouse that I need someone else to take over. It is one of the most sought after accommodations for students around as it is a lovely and well protected accommodation. It is right above Aldi so close for shopping and just across the road from the Victoria center and a maximum of 10 minutes walk to Nottingham Trent University, there are also bus stops near by so you can easily get to Uni Of Nottingham as well. The rooms are spacious compared to most other accommodations, it's En-Suit, has a 3/4 bed, plenty of storage, a nice kitchen with its own mini living room and a TV in the kitchen, shared with 5 other people as well. It has on site laundry facilities, gym, has fast WiFi and a common room where you can go and see people. It's close to all the main clubs and bars as well as smaller ones as well, there is also lots of other entertainment near by.
