1 Beautiful, fully furnished double bedrooms in a recently refurbished Victorian terraced house in Forest Fields. Shared use of dining kitchen, living room, further office/study/living space, bathroom and garden. Would suit a professional person or mature/postgrad/tidy student needing easy access to Nottingham city centre, universities or hospitals (the house is very close to the Forest Tram and Noel Street tram stops)

Rent is £400 which includes all bills apart from council tax and 1 months rent deposit required (will be registered with DPS) No agency fees etc as I am the landlord, but will require at least 1 reference, ideally from a previous landlord/agent. However, I can be flexible with Mon-Fri and full time rent agreements, min/max terms, etc. for the right person, so please do get in touch to discuss

There are two other female housemates, both students - one is on an industrial work placement and one who is on an Erasmus exchange programme. The house has been renovated and was originally set up as my own home/workspace and am looking for someone who will respect the house as such and is clean and tidy. It is sociable household who like to share the odd dinner and glass of wine, but the tenants also respect each others space and are not a 'party household' and tend to leave that for elsewhere.
