Property for 2022 -2023, consisting of 2 large bedrooms (all with double beds, one on second floor, two on 3rd floor). All rooms contain a Wardrobe, Desk, Chair and Chester draw. Rent is exclusive of water, broadband internet, tv license. Gas and Electric. This is split between tenants.

Ideal For Nottingham Trent/ Uni of Nottingham students and professionals that work in the city. 10 mins on bus 25mins walk.

Previous foreign/international students have enjoyed their stay from Nottingham Trent and university of Nottingham. Students have been from Spain/India/ Egypt ect.

£400 deposit (per tenant) will be paid at the time of booking along with the first rental instalment.
